Benefits are not available to guests booking individual or back-to-back World Cruise segments. Crystal Society members and past guests of Crystal can apply their Crystal Society savings towards the total cruise fare for the 2027 World Cruise. Those guests electing to purchase airfare through Crystal will receive an airfare allowance towards the cost of their flights of up to $1,500 USD/$2,100 CAD/£3,300 GBP/€3,900 EUR/$10,200 AUD per person, or an Air Credit of $500 USD/ $1,000 CAD/£2,300 GBP/ €2,700 EUR/$7,100 AUD per person will be applied to the cost of the cruise for those guests making their own air arrangements. The $1,500 USD As You Wish shipboard credit is per person and is non-refundable, non-commissionable, may not be transferred, assigned, or sold to anyone, and no refunds will be granted for unused credits. As You Wish shipboard credits cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used for casino credits/charges, gratuities charged to your onboard account, or applied towards the crew fund. Private transfers to/from the airport and to/from the hotel will be provided. For those residing within 50 miles of San Diego, a private transfer from the guest’s home to the pier will be provided. Luggage Valet includes up to two (2) pieces per person, and up to four (4) pieces per guest room/suite, and includes shipping from the guest’s home to the ship, and from the ship to the guest’s home. Luggage Valet services are available in the US, Canada, Europe, and the UK. Crystal reserves the right to substitute for a credit of $1,000USD/$1,400 CAD/ £800 GBP/€1,000 EUR if the service is unavailable. Complimentary laundry and pressing is offered on a second-day service (Delivered back ironed within 24-48h). Complimentary laundry does not include dry cleaning. Complimentary initial onboard medical visit does not include medications, extended treatment, shoreside treatments or routine exams such as physicals.
