As part of our 35th anniversary celebrations, we’ve invited some very special guests to join us on select sailings. This July, on our Roundtrip Copenhagen cruise, we’re delighted to welcome onboard Michelin-rated chef Nobu Matsuhisa, who chose Crystal for his only restaurant at sea back in 2003. Now called Umi Uma, it’s a guest favorite to this day.
